When it comes to losing weight, you can find thousands of different articles on how to shed those unwanted pounds. According to a large 2016 study published in the American Journal of Nutrition, researchers found that women who consumed the most high-fat dairy products had an 8% lower risk of becoming overweight or obese. That might’ve been because higher fat (and therefore higher calorie) dairy foods help keep people fuller longer.
